You can delete your account and personal learning data at any time, directly in the app — no email, website, or support request is required. Go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete My Account and follow the confirmation steps.

What is deleted: your profile and contact details, learning progress, lesson notes, language progress, the wins you have logged, your help requests, and your weekly success plans.

What may be retained: shared courses, lessons, and resources remain available to other learners. A minimal account record may be retained briefly only where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
