• Sharing credentials or paid access with unauthorized users
• Scraping, harvesting, or automated collection of data or protected content
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
• Uploading or distributing illegal, harmful, or malicious material or malware
• Fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation of identity or role
• Copyright or intellectual-property infringement
• Attempts to access another learner's data
• Attempts to alter prices, entitlements, or access controls
• Attempts to obtain administrator privileges without authorization
• Abuse of AI tools, including using them to generate harmful or misleading content
• Collection of sensitive information without authorization

Enforcement

The organization may suspend or terminate access for violations and take further action where appropriate.

Updates

Administrators may update this policy. Continued use may constitute acceptance where legally permitted.
